We will collect you from Dalaman Airport on your arrival and transfer you to the four star Yucelen Hotel in Akyaka where you will be staying for seven nights on a bed and breakfast basis. After you have settled into the hotel we will arrange a meeting with you to arrange your viewing trip to the villas and tours to the local areas of interest. All viewing trips are on a one to one basis.

The avarage price for a flight to Dalaman is £150 and the cost for your weeks stay at the Yucelen Hotel including transfers will be £99 per person.

If you decide to purchase one of the villas whilst on the viewing trip the full cost of your stay and transfer at the Yucelen Hotel will be refunded. Please ensure that you have more 90 days prior to expiry on your passport as this is a requirement for you to enter Turkey.

When you arrive at Dalaman Airport you will need to purchase a visa at a cost of £10 (payable in sterling).
